01Who controls your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For anything concerning your data, write to the address above.

02What this website does

This website collects nothing on its own. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools, and we store nothing in your browser.

The forms on this site do not send anything to our server. They open your own email program with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. Your data reaches us only once you write to us.

The one exception is the typeface, which loads from Google Fonts. Loading the page therefore passes your IP address to Google.

03What data we process

For candidates: name, contact details, your CV and everything in it, meaning work history, education and languages. We also hold your LinkedIn profile, salary expectations, notes from our conversations and our assessment of your fit for a given role.

For client contacts: name, job title, business contact details and the content of our correspondence.

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of data such as health, religion or political views. If you include them in your CV yourself, we process them only as part of that document.

04Why, and on what legal basis

• Introducing you to a job opportunity — performance of a contract and steps before entering one, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
• Sending your profile to a specific client — only with your consent, which we ask for in advance for each individual role, Art. 6(1)(a)
• Keeping you in our candidate database for future roles — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)
• Working with clients and delivering assignments — contract and legitimate interest, (b) and (f)
• Accounting and statutory duties — legal obligation, (c)

05Who we share it with

Clients, only with your prior consent and always in connection with a specific role. Without your consent we pass on neither your name nor your CV.

Service providers we use to run the business, namely email and cloud storage. They process the data solely for us and on our instructions.

We never sell data and never pass it on for marketing purposes.

06How long we keep it

Candidates: for the duration of the search, then three years from our last contact if you consent to being kept in the database. Without consent we delete your data once the role is closed.

Clients: for the duration of our work together and three years after. Documents required by law are kept for the period the law sets, usually ten years for tax records.

You can withdraw consent at any time. When you do, we delete the data.

07Your rights

• Access — find out what we hold about you and receive a copy
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• Erasure — have your data deleted
• Restriction — have processing paused
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time and without giving a reason

Write to info@strologi.cz and we will reply within one month at the latest.

08Security

Only David Strnad has access to the data. Documents are kept in storage protected by a password and two-factor authentication. We do not share CVs beyond the purpose for which they were given to us.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
