About us
When a search drags on for months with no results, it's rarely because the right person doesn't exist. It's because no one really looked, or simply doesn't know them. We often do.
Our philosophy
At Strologi, we decided not to recruit for just anything. We focus, since 2022, only on logistics, automation, and manufacturing, industries where detail matters, where one poorly filled position can slow down an entire operation for months, sometimes longer. We don't send dozens of resumes. We send people who fit.

Start · Specialization
Strologi is founded as a tightly specialized executive search boutique focused on logistics and intralogistics. We build a network of contacts across freight forwarding companies, distribution centers, and manufacturers.
Growth · Expansion
We expand into industrial manufacturing, robotics, and WMS/TMS technology. We build a network of contacts across manufacturing plants and technology partners.
Today · Hiring partner
Logistics, automation and manufacturing under one roof. A small team, a limited number of projects at a time, and every search run end to end by one person.
